International orders are sent using DHL or FedEx Express, fully tracked and insured to the full value. Delivery times range from 5 to 21 working days depending on your location, with free shipping available on qualifying orders. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any import duties or taxes.

To avoid delays, kindly ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 3 working days of the expected delivery date and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

At Glitz and Grace Ltd., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is created with care to be cherished for years, but we understand that repairs may occasionally be needed due to wear or unforeseen issues.

We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing faults within six months of purchase. This covers concerns such as loose stones, faulty clasps, or breakages resulting from design flaws. To request a complimentary repair, proof of purchase is required.

For any damage caused by wear and tear, accidental breakage, or misuse, we are happy to assess your item and provide a quote for repair. This may include work such as stone re-setting, chain or clasp replacement, re-polishing, or resizing, where applicable.

To request a repair, simply email us at shop@glitzandgraceltd.com with your name, order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within two to three working days with guidance on the next steps. If the piece needs to be returned to us, we will share appropriate shipping instructions. All repairs are carried out by trusted artisans to ensure the highest standard of restoration.

Repairs typically take between two to four weeks, depending on the nature of the work required. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please note that repairs completed by third parties may void your warranty. Additionally, repairs for custom-made or discontinued designs may be subject to limitations. In rare cases, we may decline a repair if the item is beyond restoration.

At Glitz and Grace, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates. Please email shop@glitzandgraceltd.com to start a return. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. For exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order once approved.
